Shipping chocolate is a real challenge, especially if you keep in mind the we are in California.
It is never a good idea to order chocolate in the summer, but here is what we do to TRY to make sure your order gets to you without melting.
If you are east of the Rocky Mountains, we urge you use UPS 3 DAY, not regular ground. It is not that much more money.
I hope you understand that we can not be responsible if your order melts along the way. Odds are, everything will be fine, but from time to time....I would say about every 1000 orders or so, we do a complaint about melted product.
